Products are sold as liquidation pallets. Condition, quantity, and brand details are listed on each product page. Unless stated otherwise, condition is brand new with no flaws.

5. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Shipping cost is calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

6. Orders and Payment

7. Shipping
Orders ship nationwide across the United States via USPS, UPS, or DHL. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after processing. Local pickup is not available.

8. Returns and Refunds
All pallet sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on item condition, quantity variance, or buyer's remorse, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Damaged Shipments
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an order number, photos of packaging, photos of damaged merchandise, a description of the damage, and video evidence when reasonably necessary. Claims are reviewed to determine the appropriate resolution.

10. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a 15% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquidation Pallets USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sold on this site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost resale value, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers once a pallet has left our facility, beyond the damaged shipment claims process outlined above. Products are sold as-is, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, merchantability, or fitness of pallet contents beyond what is stated on the product listing.
