Shipping Coverage
We ship liquidation pallets nationwide across the United States.

Shipping Method
Pallets are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after processing.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated and added at checkout.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is determined based  on the nature of your order, otherwise. All orders are shipped.

Damaged Shipments
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• Photos of the damaged merchandise
• A description of the damage
• Video evidence when reasonably necessary

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect address information.
